Ukraine offers high-quality medical courses taught in English. Similar to Poland and Romania, the cost of living and respective tuition fees are comparatively low to other medical schools. The WHO has implemented a plan titled ‘United action for better health in Europe between 2020-2025 and whilst Ukraine lies outside of the EU, geographically it is considered the biggest country on the continent.
Degree courses in Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy are taught in English, with the resulting degrees allowing students to apply to practice medicine around the world. The first hospital founded in Ukraine was the Kyiv Rus in the 11th century. Nowadays, students pursue six year medical degrees from a country which is considered one of the most educated in the world.
