Study Medicine In The Czech Republic
With Med School Masters
The Czech Republic offers some of the most comprehensive medical courses in the EU. Home to the oldest university in Europe, Charles University, the country has a strong legacy of medical sciences. The Czech universities running medical programmes accept 270 English-speaking students annually. The universities offer medical degrees over six years. The first two years consist of theory, followed by pre-clinical training and finally clinical practice.
Although the courses are exclusively taught in English, students take Czech language classes to strengthen their communication skills and prepare for life as qualified doctors. A degree from a Czech university is recognised and respected throughout the European Union, which is why more and more English-speaking students from the US, UK and other countries are choosing to study medicine in the Czech Republic.
