The School of Medicine in Split was established in 1997. It offers medical studies in English, accepting 90 students annually. With breathtaking views of the Adriatic sea, this unique and scenic city provides excellent medical training as well as an immersion in Mediterranean culture. The facilities include the University Hospital in Firule and Križine, the Public Health Institute and The School of Medicine where medical students will undertake the majority of their learning. The Split School of Medicine places a strong emphasis on clinical and practical approaches to medical care so students gain a full perspective of combining modern technological advancements with personalised care of individuals and communities.
